The Summer House is halfway up Noosa Hill, backing onto the National Park. You walk out our back fence, turning left for 20 metres before reaching Peppers Resort.

Then, walk down through the resort, which pops out on Hastings Street. The walk down takes about 10 minutes, while the walk up is more challenging.

During holidays, there is a free bus service – the 065 “Go Noosa Loop” that operates every 15 minutes between 7am and 7pm and every 30 minutes from 7pm to 10pm.

The bus ride from Noosa Hill to Noosa Hastings Street is 3 minutes.

For parking options, the Noosa Heads Lions Park paid parking is available at $20 a day.

We are also just up the Hill from the Junction. It offers more family-friendly restaurants and boutiques vs Hastings Street. It is about a 10 minutes walk down and 20 minutes up.

The Reef is our local pub located just over a 5-minute walk.

There is a booklet above the microwave for all local restaurants and activities in Noosa. Coles and an IGA are located here for your closest grocery shopping.

The Summer House sleeps a total of 8 guests – 6 guests in the main house and 2 guests in the bungalow. This is the maximum we are insured for.

If additional guests are staying that have not been identified your bond will be withheld.

The Bungalow bunk room has a separate entrance through the garden. It is the perfect family holiday house in Noosa, offering extra space and privacy.

It is ideal for extended families, teenagers, or grandparents.

However, it is not recommended for children under ten years old alone.

Just food. We are completely self- catering. You would have paid the linen per head fee that incorporates sheets, a beach and bath towel for all guests. We provide starter toilet paper, dishwashing tables, shampoos, soaps, detergents etc.

The kitchen is equipped with basic condiments; tea, pepper, some spices. We provide a beach umbrella and some basic pool toys. If staying in Winter we provide a starter pack of firewood. There is more firewood to purchase at the Shell Coles Express Service Station 2 minute’s drive away on David Low Way.

We have a beach umbrella and towels available. Pool noodles and floating devices for children are located around the side of the house.

An outdoor hot shower is located around the side of the house to remove sand after the beach.

Cabanas are available for rent at Noosa Beach.

Finding Noosa Main Beach parking is challenging – walking is a better option.

There is a cot available for rent at $60 a stay.

There is unlimited WIFI and streaming services to Disney, Netflicks, Prime, Amazon, Stan. There are 2 desk spaces.

There are split system air cons and fans in all the bedrooms the living room and the bungalow. There is a fireplace for Winter stays. The pool is solar heated.

Yes. We require a 4-night stay in low season and a 5-night stay in high season.

Check-in is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and the premises must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

3- 5 days after you exit when you book you need to be aware of the new Noosa Council Rules about noise control. You will need to move inside after 8 pm and be wary of neighbours. When you book please be sure to read the rental terms agreement.

No. Throwing parties or group functions on the property is strictly prohibited.

No, sorry, we do not allow pets to come stay

On top of the daily fee, a one-off fee per stay of $490 includes cleaning and linen (bath and beach towels, sheets).

There is also a refundable bond of $500
