Family Holiday House in Noosa that is close to Everything
The Summer House Noosa is a delightful, spacious, designer beach house perfect for large families. It is located on the hill bordering Noosa National Park and guarantees privacy and relaxation. The house has easy access to both the Junction and Hastings Street.
It is close to Noosa Beach, just a 10-minute walk (900m) down, but double that time to get up. You leave our back gate, turn left, and walk through Peppers Resort.
It is a similar distance to the Junction, with all its fantastic and far more affordable new restaurants and boutiques.
The back gate also opens into the National Park, which leads to walks to Alexander Bay, Sunshine Beach, Granite, and Tea Tree Bay.
The Perfect Noosa Family Holiday House
The Summer House is an oasis of calm set in lush tropical gardens. It has a heated solar-heated saltwater pool and a waterfall feature. As our guests have said, you do not need to leave the house!
It flaunts a Hamptons-style finish with exposed beams, slate floors, white-washed eclectic décor, and artworks collected worldwide. It is well-appointed with fast internet, streaming, and desks ready for workers. The kitchen is fully equipped and set for entertaining, with a large Webber BBQ.
The Summer House Noosa is comfortable all year round. It has air conditioning and fans in all bedrooms and living areas, an outdoor shower, and a working fireplace.
It is the perfect Noosa family holiday rental complete with a private 12 metre solar-heated pool with waterfall feature.
The Main House
The Summer House Noosa is the perfect Noosa family holiday house. It is visually charming and functional, with separate spaces for a large family.
The lower floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with a fireplace. Bi-fold doors on both sides of the house open to a poolside terrace on the north side and a patio with swinging chairs on the southern side.
The house sleeps six guests. The lower floor has a queen, twin room, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs, there is a private queen master suite complete with a bathroom.
The Bungalow
The Bungalow bunk room has a separate entrance through the garden. It is the perfect family holiday house in Noosa, offering extra space and privacy.
It is ideal for extended families, teenagers, or grandparents. However, it is not recommended for children under ten years old alone.
The room has a kitchenette, bathroom, and back patio.
